By using this service you (from hereon referred to as the "User") agree to the following terms and conditions of service.

1. Senter360 Technologies Pty Ltd from hereon termed the "Company" or any of its agents whom are duly appointed cannot be held liable for damages of any nature caused by the use of this remote control and monitoring service.

At times the system could be offline for any number of reasons due to the nature of its functioning. This service relies heavily on other parties and services which is out of the Company's control. However, the Company would en-devour to have this service as reliable as possible for your convenience.

2. The use of this system is free for the time being but is subject to change and could become a paid service with a fair and reasonable fee subject to the Company's discretion in the future with a thirty day notice period applicable for the change.

3. Any information the User may supply to the Company regarding the use of this service will have been deemed public information. No sensitive information would ever be obtained or collected without the consent of the User. The User's information would not be made available to other external parties without the User's consent. Information shared externally would only be shared with duly appointed agents for the upkeep and maintenance of this system.

4. The terms and conditions of use of this agreement could be subject to change. This may change with fair notice to you as the User by any electronic means deemed necessary.
